Registration and Hotel Information
BroadSoft Connections is an invitation-only executive users' conference, which is now in its ninth year.

Registration includes general session and Solutions Showcase admission, one Sunday activity, meals and entertainment Sunday through Tuesday (customers receive breakfast and lunch through Wednesday). Shuttle service to and from the airport 9:00 am - 7:00 pm on Sunday, 16 October and 7:00 am - 3:00 pm on Wednesday, 19 October is also included. NOTE: Times are subject to change.
Guest Passes
Guest passes are available for $500 USD (no exceptions). Employees cannot be registered as a guest.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Allowed to participate in one Sunday activity and all evening events
- Guests are not permitted to attend breakfast, lunch, or breakout sessions as these are business related functions.
- Badges are required to be worn by guests at ALL times. Guests without a valid badge will be asked to leave.
Payment Policy and Cancellation Fees
Full payment of your conference fee must be provided at the time of registration. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. All financial transactions are processed on a secure server.
In the event of a cancellation, your registration must be cancelled no later than 16 August for a refund minus a $250 cancellation processing fee. There will be no refunds issued after 16 August. Substitutions within the same company are allowed at any time with written permission from the original registrant.
Travel Visa Support
As you make your travel arrangements to be part of BroadSoft Connections 2011, note that there are new U.S. passport and visa requirements for non-U.S. nationals and potentially a long wait time for interviews to obtain visas.
If you are a non-U.S. citizen attending BroadSoft Connections, please follow these steps:
- Identify your requirements. Do you need a visa? There are new U.S. passport and visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens attending Connections.
- Apply now for visas. All non-U.S. citizens should anticipate longer and more complex visa applications procedures at U.S. consulates and embassies, including mandatory personal interviews for many visa applicants.

How to Reserve a Room
You must first register for BroadSoft Connections in order to reserve a room under the BroadSoft negotiated room block* rate of $239.00 plus fees and tax. Rooms at the JW Marriot Desert Ridge are based upon availability. We encourage you to complete the event registration process now in order to secure your hotel reservation and the special BroadSoft rate.
Once you register for BroadSoft Connections 2011, you will receive the Hotel Room Block reservation link in your confirmation e-mail that will allow you to reserve your room at the special discount rate.
* Please note you can only reserve one room per registered attendee under the BroadSoft room block.
